I am officially off Facebook now. And no, Timmy didn't make me (thats the first thing my friend Tracie asked me, which I think is really funny.) And no, it wasn't an Anniversary present to Timmy either. Anyways, just because I'm not on there anymore doesn't mean we can't still be friends.

i noticed that today when I saw that all my comments on the shuswap pictures didn't make any sense anymore :( Enjoy the time away. I'll just have to email you for real now.

facebook schmacebook.
I used to like facebook years ago before creepy stalkers, friend requests for people I barely knew, and facebook claiming rights to use any of my information/photos. I've been off for a year and a half and I haven't missed it at all. It only bothers me that facebook never truly deletes your account because they keep the page, they just don't make it public anymore.
Hmmm, I didn't know you couldn't truly delete your page. I actually think it's way too much minutiae (is that spelled right?) but it does give me a thin link to my nephews, and other younger relatives, like Virginia's kids that I just wouldn't have contact with otherwise. I'll hang in there, but I very rarely post anything. I too don't like the fact that they (the F/B mukkimuks) try to link everything about you together with YouTube, blogs etc. It's annoying, and kinda scary.
