It was so magical!
Ezra napped in the hammock in the afternoon after such an early morning.

We butchered our first meat birds. Now we have 12 fresh chickens in our freezer.

Another fun activity from Aunty Mariah.

Scarlet LOVES doing nails.
Cousin time!

Our hike to Snowshoe for an overnight camp turned into quite the adventure. We came upon a bear on our path around 10:30pm. It was dark and we had to drop all our gear and run back 5 miles to the car. We didn't have our keys or phones etc so we had to wait the night in the camp kitchen until the rangers came in the morning. Let's just say it was a long cold uncomfortable night.
