Loving Learning

Scarlet worked hard on making Charlie pencils out of twigs.
Scarlet keeps her lettering corner tidy and organized. I think she really enjoys
 having that space to herself.
Brother Mandin always blesses us with his music teaching and interest in our kids.
We LOVE when he comes over!
Me and Jacob put up a new mailbox and were extremely proud of it!
 Audio books together :)
Mari Alice is the ideal teacher- high expectations but gentle. She knows her students so well that we didn't even have to tell her that Scarlet was upset with nervousness at the recital. She read our minds and adjusted things perfectly. We are SO blessed to have her for a music teacher.
Charlie was recognized at the recital for a few awards he received this year. He always looks forward to a performance :)
Scarlet needs frequent wardrobe updates because she plays really hard so her
clothes are constantly ragged.
Scarlet with Gail her lettering teacher. She was the best!!
Ezra chose to try the tuba and he was getting good sound even though it's larger than he is...
One day Ezra opened up a pizza shop in our basement- Persian Pizza. Baba regretfully informed us that pizza isn't really a Persian food although it does have a good ring to it.

 Butterflies on the window sill.
Hazel has never been a wimp about holding creatures- snails, kittens, insects, salamanders...
She LOVES tracking the weather. This has been going on everyday for about 4 months now.
Scarlet diligently practiced her bells part for the youth orchestra.
