Quotazia

Charlie says to me this morning, "Mom, if someone is dead for real, and you tickle them, will they laugh?"

So Charlie is an observant kind of guy. After he spends time with someone he will often tell me the quality of their imagination. Another quirk about Charlie is that he insists that some words sound like what they mean and other words frustrate him because they don't match their meaning. He also decides if married couples match or not. There's this older couple in our ward and he thinks they look exactly like they go together :0) He did a poem for recitation class today called The Eagle By Tennyson. It was spectacular.

The Eagle By Tennyson

He clasps the crag with crooked hands;
                                                      Close to the sun in lonely lands,
Ringed with the azure world, he stands.

The wrinkled sea beneath him crawls;
He watches from his mountain walls,
And like a thunderbolt he falls.
